Golang Job: Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in London who are driven, ambitious, and want to be a part of a growing IT company!

Your core responsibilities will include:

· Being responsible for finding the best engineers (candidates) on the market.

· Sourcing, interviewing and screening candidates to identify the best candidates.

· Calling candidates to ascertain their current job search status, qualifying their attributes and skills to identify any opportunities we have for them as well as building strong and effective relationships with the clients and candidates.

· Market mapping potential companies to work with.

· Arranging face-to-face interviews, conducting telephone interviews, designing and creating content for social media to attract inbound leads.

· Proactively using a variety of techniques to search job boards, social media and professional sites for relevant candidates.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
